How often do I come to therapy?

We often recommend clients to attend once a week at a minimum.  

We currently accept Aetna, United Health Care, Oxford, Oscar, Cigna, Optum, and Empire BCBS.  

Soule Counseling Services standard fee is $100 for individual therapy (45-55 minutes), and $150 for couples therapy (60 minutes). 

We do accept cash, check, credit card, PayPal.  

We do have a 48-hour cancellation policy via telephone. Without a 48 hour cancellation, you will incur a full session fee.
